Review of Attack on Titan: Final Season - The Final Chapters

What the fuck, Isayama? I think it's important to say AOT got me into anime in the first place, I religiously waited for each season, enjoyed the hell out of it and was so eager to see it finally end. I expected a masterful or at least somewhat decent ending, but what the fuck was this? I know I didn't enjoy the ending, it really soured my enjoyment of AOT, but I do still look fondly upon this show. Season 3 especially is just a stand out to me, I think it's among the best arcs of pretty much any fiction out there, and I stillrecommend watching AOT despite... whatever this ending was. Basically, don't get your hopes up too much for a satisfying conclusion.

Now, about the ending... if you don't like plot holes upon plot holes piling up in the last couple episodes of an otherwise tightly written story, then do not watch this show. If you don't like the central theme of a story to take a 360 spin, don't watch this show. If you don't like having a character explain the reasoning behind the incredibly evil actions he took as "I'm just a dumb idiot.", don't watch this show.
