As of today, I’m 75 chapters in, and I’ve got to say I did not expect to read this far. At the beginning, Kagurabachi lacked in art, plot, pacing, and engaging dynamics, but I’m pretty sure Takeru Hokazono took all the feedback to heart because he has turned this manga into a top-tier shounen at its best. The art style has improved drastically, the story and characters have grown more compelling, and I can only imagine the hype the newly announced anime will bring. It’s a current must-read for me. I can see Kagurabachi entering the hyped shounen scene alongside DS and JJK. Solid 8/10 fromme.
Not a critic, just an enjoyer.
