Dude, I get this LN on a whim and the first 4 chapters weren’t bad it promises a semi decent world with different continents different character Povs to keep things fresh and to not feel draining, with pretty decent characters. It was just an overall very promising story with a disappointing quality drop in the last chapter, I’ll read the 2nd volume in hopes that it returns to its original, promising quality. You can stop reading because I just rant about the fifth chapter at this point. Then the 5th chapter happens where it took what it built up from the previous chapters and just flatout ignores it. The pacing is atrocious, literally blitzes through everything that happens, resolves a family feud, and has Akira defeat, supposedly one of the best fighters in the world. This chapter brought this story down from a 7.5 to a 5, it honestly felt like the author had no interest in writing this segment.If anything this entire chapter could’ve been used to tell a whole volume worth of sotry but it just didn’t. It started so rocky and ended so abruptly I thought I skipped pages and I double checked to see if I did. Overall, the fifth chapter happened too early and would be better off told in another volume or just have it be an entire story arc for a different volume.
