5.9/10 Another reincarnated sword saint story reincarnated into a child’s body who now attends an academy; I’m sure this will definitely be unique from the rest and definitely won’t be generic trash with some boring and stupid plot, right? … said no one ever — from the synopsis alone, you know what to expect, and you get what you’d expect. If there was anything different, the plot is somehow worse than usual,a once the satisfying flexing on kids/oldies moments aren’t even that satisfying, since nothing important is explained about the mc, and all of the characters are as dumb or emotionless as a rock. Not tomention, the plot has a lot of forced plot points for certain sequences to happen — the mc meeting his former disciple — and it just makes for a clunky and boring read.

This is somehow less entertaining from usual overpowered trash, so there’s literally no reason to pick this up ever. The mc has no aspirations in the world, and the romance sucks donkey balls, especially considering the age-gap.
