Review of Nisekoi: False Love

Despite the amount of "bland, generic" things about Nisekoi, you cant call this anime bad when you enjoying every single times you watch this. Yes, even after rewatching it for the 3rd time I enjoyed it as much as the first time, and Im not the type to rewatch animes that much. Story: The story of this harem is follow the past meeting is kinda what you've seen many times, so it is not revolutionary of something. That said, the use of lock/key is something else, which add the taste for the anime. 8/10 Art: Shaft studio hasnt failed me in making harem waifus. from Monogatari tonow Nisekoi, every single girls are waifu material because of the art. Characters in Nisekoi are generally already easy to look at, but in certain scene they are deliberately made to melt everyone's heart. 10/10

Sound: Everytime i rewatched Nisekoi, I could listen to Souzou diary repeatedly for weeks after. The show also generously have a dozens of other songs as OP/ED. not to mention the soundtrack is also really good and leave a good impression. 9/10

Character: generic tsundere Chitoge + dandere Onodera + deredere Marika (or is it yandere?) for a harem, loveable and combine with good art make them more than just decent. Proof: Chitoge is 55th most favorited character despite the anime only ranked at 1000th as of the end of 2019. 8/10 MC is not the wimpy kind so no problem there. 8/10

Enjoyment: Nisekoi tops the list of to-rewatch anime for me. Simple plot that have nothing to spoil you for rewatching, lovely harem, really good art + music. Shaft also done their comedy gags right. If you want anime that doesnt need you to "erase memory so that it can be as much enjoyable as first time" Nisekoi is definitely my suggestion. Personally, I watch animes for entertainment, so it is kind of a shame that people usually have prejudice over harem + romcom type. 10/10 best harem series so far.
