This is just a natural ramping up and improvement from the previous season in my opinion. We've got a new sexy black girl, a TON more ecchi, and more of the sinister magic vibes from the original Fate coming in and meshing seamlessly with the magical girl/slice of life aesthetic. I have to make special mention of Chloe/Kuro because I knew she would be great before I started this, but she really steals the show here. A perfect foil/sister for Illya who not only keeps the comedy and the fanservice coming but also has her own arc that ties into the grander themes of Fate. This isbasically her season too, it's primarily about her showing up, being a badass Archer loli, making out with everyone, and then crying.

This is just a damn good show for anyone who loves Fate and some good old fanservice. So far it just seems to keep getting better at doing both those things and I'm endlessly excited to see what happens next.
I mean, we basically got 3 episodes worth of bathing and nudity in this one, as well as new servant forms and a badass new villain, so I couldn't really ask for more.
