After watching Amnesia, I don't understand why so many people condemn it so much. The only reason I can find is, they are either getting confused by the story, or are guys who find this anime too "girly". (I'm a guy too and in the first few episodes I've been tempted to drop it because of this; Now I'm glad I didn't give in) Story: While the idea is at the base fairly good, it's they way they present it that makes this anime excellent. I didn't experience this sensation "What the hell is going on here?" sinceI watched Steins;Gate, and I loved it. Now then, given that this sensation is the reason many people drop this anime (or the excuse, depending on how you look at it), I do not understand how this anime is so low while Steins;Gate is no less than no.2 in the list. Do an experiment and watch the two in a row. I'd be most honored if you could send me the results so I can post them here as well.

Art&Sound: One word: Beautiful. That's all there is to say to it.

Character: The protagonist is indeed pretty much blank on backstory, but there's a good reason for that. She's a sweet girl any way you look at it though.
Then the four "cards": Shin-Hearts (Cups); Ikki-Spades (Swords); Kent-Clover (Clubs); Toma-Diamonds (Coins);
Now let's get ezoteric. Look at the description of these tarot cards:

-Knight of Cups: Passionate, Profound, Calm on the outside but fiery in soul. In a relationship, it represents a beginning.

-Knight of Swords: Rational, Brave, The one who valors victory above all else. In a relationship, it represents break-up.

-Knight of Clubs: Intelligent, Noble, Speaks his mind regardless of situation. In a relationship, it represents uneasiness.

-Knight of Coins: Persevering, Sure in own forces. in a relationship, it represents stability created in time.

Sounds familiar? Thought as much. I also saw some connection of the episodes to the first 12 major arcanas, not counting 0 The Fool. I am quite an amateur though in the matter of tarot, so if you are more skilled and find something, tell me. (Pretty please?)

Enjoyment: Start to Finish. Reason is obviously the storyline.

Overall: 10/10. I'm open to discussion if you wish to.
