Review of Amnesia

I always watch anime with a friend / friends, and many of my male friends didn't really enjoy this anime as much as my female friends did, so I'm going to assume that this is an anime most girls would enjoy. Here is my point of view on this anime: [STORY] - 10/10 ----------- For one, the story is centered around a girl which we have no idea what her name is, and we just decided to name her 'Heroine' for some odd reason. I for one found that pretty interesting because they lasted 12 episodes and an OVA without mentioning her name, which I was pretty impressedby. The plot of this story was also very interesting to me, because it was shoujo and reversed harem. The heroine of this story was being protected by several handsome male leads, and I found that very romantic. The ending was also very surprising, but you'll have to watch for yourself to see what happens.

The art in this anime was very clear and high quality. Not much to say here, really. They were also very detailed when it came to lighting, and when the scenes took place in the dark, you could still clearly see what was happening without having to be 1 inch away from the screen trying to figure out what was going on.

The theme song of this anime, Zoetrope, is one of my favorite anime openings. No... it is my favorite out of all the openings I have watched. Many of my friends explained it as "mysterious", meaning that they were very curious on what the anime was about, adding that the animation of the theme didn't include any spoilers (in my eyes), while several other openings of other anime did. I've also watched both dubbed and subbed of this anime, and the dubbed version of several characters were kind of timid, but it still showed the character's true colors and personality.

[CHARACTER] - 10/10

The character designs of this anime is one of my favorites. I loved the design of the characters' eye colors and hair highlights, especially the clothing. The clothing was very interesting, especially Shin's style of clothes. It really showed that it was like a fantasy. Orion was also a very interesting character to look into. Even though he didn't appear much in the anime, he was also very cute and really made me curious on where he was when he disappeared from couple episodes.

I personally enjoyed this anime a lot, but I have read the reviews of this anime, and not many people actually liked it as much as I did, which really shocked me. Again, I feel like this anime is more enjoyed by a female audience rather than a male audience, although some males would probably still like it.

This anime is one of my top favorite romance / shoujo animes. I have watched a lot of romance and shoujo animes, but none of them were as mysterious as this anime. I also personally really dislike comedy, which in this case, really made me like this anime a lot.
