Review of Sword Art Online the Movie: Ordinal Scale

Lets me start by saying since I live in Canada and do not fluently speak Japanese I was only able to watch a really crappy "cam" version with subtitles that only worked sometimes. However, with that said, I've always been a huge fan of the SAO franchise so I stuck through it, and not so much to my surprise it was still amazing. They touched on just about everything a Sword Art fan would want. They kept true to relationships and timelines and did a remarkable job at introducing more characters without it being over bearing and complicated. I loved the fact that they touchedso much on Asuna X Kirito. I simply love them together and they ultimately make my heart melt. The fact that Kirito will always go to the ends of the earth to save his beloved is just amazing. Not too mention how everyone is a family and they always have one another back.

The feels in this movie were just.. so much. My heart was ripped out and it was also peiced back together multiple times. Seeing them Full Dive near the end and finally "beat" the final boss gives not only the characters we all love and adore so much closure, I also feel as though it gave us a viewers that closure as well.
