This review is full of spoilers, so be aware! One of my favorite trashy OVAs, if not my favorite. The pacing is frantic, but more due to its rushed editing; the script is a complete mess, with the main villain being a huge disappointment. The OVA hyped her up to be a dangerous opponent, but she didn't live up to it. Additionally, the secondary characters are almost useless or could have been removed without being missed. If the OVA had chosen to remove them and focused solely on Rika as the villain, with a different backstory, without involving a school cult wanting to take over the world,this OVA would have been much better, in my opinion.

Apart from that, the cover suggests it's a somewhat dark anime (even I fell for that), but overall, it was a goofy and trippy OVA, and I loved that. The protagonists, despite being quite simple, all have distinct personalities and are enjoyable (even though I don't like O-Kei).

In conclusion, it's a trashy OVA that I found incredibly fun and would recommend watching to pass the time a bit. The animation is good for a low-budget OVA, so that's my recommendation.

I love this OVA, and whenever I feel like it, I rewatch it every time.
