Review of School Days

There's actual interesting stuff about the psychology of the characters here and there, despite the MC being indeed a piece of shit, it's very clearly intentional and connected to the plot, so that doesn’t automatically make the show bad, right? Technically, not really, but It's really not fun watching him around "playing" with everyone. The plot sometimes is written like an H anime. Oh, and I'm sure no girl would act like that to someone so "popular", like what they constantly call the MC. It's not the worst thing ever but I'd rather watch Mars of Destruction or Skelter Heaven 100x than watching any moreof this, even though I consider those to be worse.

Like many other people, I watched this for the meme: "Ah that one show that sucks haha!". What ended up happening is that I witnessed one of the most impactful shows ever. In the worst way possible. I want to erase my memory. I'm traumatised and the ending turned me sick, almost made me vomit. I think I've never felt so affected by a show. Do not watch this for the jokes like me, it's not worth it. I am trying to be your friend.

TLDR: It's mostly a decently well crafted show in terms of writing, not outstanding, but not horrible either, but watching it was so unpleasant that It took away all the enjoyment.
