Review of Neon Genesis Evangelion

I had heard many great things from many different people before I started watching neon genesis evangelion. Unfortunately, I was let down! This anime starts off slow, and takes a while to pick up, eventually it builds up to something. However, the buildup was a total failure as the anime failed to deliver at its climax. It seemed as if the show ran out of money in their last few episodes and decided to throw in whatever they could for penny scraps. The art style was bad, the sound was bad, the character development was terrible, the story made little sense and lacked continuity, overalla terrible anime. Would not recommend.
