I really liked this sci-fi anime masterpiece. Very cool and imaginative -- if somewhat flawed -- exploration of the "many universes" theory of time travel. Character development was quite good. It was especially important in this series because there are multiple time lines and you have to understand the histories and natures of each of the core characters to understand what motivates and drives them in each universe. The intro theme was spooky-cool, and became one of my favorite tunes for many weeks. Another cool thing about this anime is that the story writer chose a real place, Hakodate Hokkaido, forthe story to take place in. Also, it would have been better if the "science" of this world made more sense, but I can forgive that.

I'm certain I will re-watch this series at some point in the future.
