Amon: Apocalypse of Devilman · review
I'm no longer the one who tries to interpret the meanings behind the script, but I can't watch this masterpiece without saying; it presents an exaggerated vision of our future, one drenched in blood and violence. We may be heading toward a world where killing is done for pleasure and personal gain. Fun fact: Even the statistics shyly hint at that possibility. The rhythm of the story is fast and chaotic, which amplifies the terror in its atmosphere. I loved almost everything about it. This OVA perfectly matches my current mood and desires. I can't ignore the truly magnificent production. I was captivated by every frame—beautifully drawn andanimated. Even the violence exceeded my expectations, yet it was portrayed with such artistry that it overwhelmed me with visual beauty.
