Normally I wouldn't choose to watch OVAs because I like things that display the whole series however my curiosity got the best of me. I read the manga, granted it has been a bit, so watching the OVA sometime after left me feeling a little biased but at the same time critical. [Story] The story was tangible and there were some differences... in the beginning it felt a little "choppy" to me like someone spliced and diced some of the parts before putting it together. Again, that was like the first 5 minutes of the first OVA. The further into the OVA it got and then movingto the second one the better it got. They did a great job with the OVA in my opinion and kept to the story displaying as much as they could. After seeing it I felt the desire to re-read the manga series all over again.

[Characters]

It was refreshing to see something different than I typically see. Most series I've watched it takes a while for anything to go on really between the characters but this one was practically instant. Also, I love how watching them made me recall other parts of the manga series. They did a great job.

Those who have seen this and enjoyed it like I did I highly recommend reading the whole manga series to see the rest that transpires between the characters. There is a whole lot more to it and believe me that it's well worth it.
