The show doesn't feel as filler-ish as you might expect and it's a good show, but it's lacking in areas such as: Why doesn't the show wrap up properly? The last 5 episodes felt short and rushed. Things like "the red rose mansion experiments are still going on" as well as other things, are just forgotten. Why are characters that are supposed to be important not get much screen time? For example christof is hyped up but we don't see him on screen for much at all, he appears in 3 episodes. The ending is literally multiple choice, AKA you get to decide what happened and the storydoesn't tell you, and that is not bad especially because other questions are answered. But without a doubt, the worst part of the writing by far, is how random and conjured it is that a random drunk shoots Johan, we don't even get an answer to what would have happened if that Drunk didn't show up, would Tenma have shot him? Then Tenma has a choice again, which is to save him or not, saving him last time led to disaster but he does it again for a reason that isn't laid out.

It is still filler-ish, the story could do without some of the episodes.

The show is overrated and not as deep as other reviews will have you believe.

That being said, this is at least a 7/10 anime, read other reviews if you want to know what the show does well. If you liked Joker 2019 and want more, I'd recommend this.
