Review of Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo
Well this is my first review for this site. I was considered lucky to be Japan while this movie was screened as i know many of us out of Japan are still waiting. Ok down to the review. This movie is pretty much different from its predecessor of the Rebuild series, That i believe even the old fans of the Neon Genesis Evangelion Series would feel alienated. This current entry of Evangelion 3.0 shows the devastation and the loss of humanity thanks to the protagonist's action in 2.0. This leaves a big gap between 2.0 and 3.0 that leads many plot holes. For those who arenew to Evangelion, this will be confusing. Taking all of these out, Evangelion 3.0 is nicely crafted, the battle scenes are awesome, composing, and great art and definitely one of the best animated film for 2012.
The only disappointment from my view would be the characters, new characters over here show little development in this film due to plot pacing.
