Review of Gintama

Gintama should never be your first anime, you'll never understand the significance of it. Go watch other Shounen anime so you can truly understand how Gintama is unique in its own right. This anime does not seem appealing in the first 40-50 episodes but you just get hooked to it once you reach 60, its inevitable that you fall for the anime and nothing can stop it. I've seen people who've just watched 5-10 episodes of the anime and call it a bust, but this anime won't catch you in it's web unless you grind through it's initial chaff and reach the grain. And this anime'sgreatest strength is in its unpredictability and freedom of plot, In Gintama anything is possible.
