Late Review, so this is one of the very first manga titles I read when I was new to the hobby. To add, one of the first Isekai/Regression style stories which exposed me to the genre. The MC himself is a powerful dragon from head to toe, due to some events he ended up becoming a humanoid of sorts. His goals are simple, just getting by, living peacefully while dealing with anyone who wants to ruin his lifestyle. The OP factor is high yet it's reasonable, he only has access to his original dragon abilities which isn't totally broken. Even though the manga ended a bit suddenly, Tensei was lowkey an inspiration to many to create their own Isekai/Regression works.
