No reviews? fine.. ill do it myself.. Tanabe yellow truly is the goat of the coming of age underground manga.. If you are a fan of previous works such as kekkaishi or birdmen, this manga is for you.. off rip this series seems to have a more grounded take on sorcery and supernatural abilities as well as grounded character progression and an mc with an interesting power + a lot of potential for growth. our mc who has forgotten his past possesses " divine eyes" which are coveted by countless in the realm of immortals and sorcery. this series seems to draw inspiration from some aspectsof cultivation series without picking up any of the downsides you would see with the genre as well as things that make me dislike the vast majority of its peers in this regard. the series doesn't suffer from pacing issues and manages to successfully string you along without much effort. its an easy read and since this review is only 16 chapters in there isn't much I can say outside of just being confident in the premise itself and seeing past works by the same author.

after his home was obliterated, falling into a magical domain he was saved by its immortal wizard and eventually gets strung into becoming his apprentice.

Art - 8/10
Story- 6/10
Characters - 7/10
Potential for expansion- 9/10

i am confident my goat will cook, so give it a try..
