Have you read the manga called Beck? The manga about kids who started a music boy-band. This manga has similar chill vibes, and similar art. This a the story of Akio — a kid who saw a Japanese guy skating in a park. This Japanese guy had dreads!! But what was more intriguing to Akio was that this guy appeared to be floating!! At that moment Akio knew he wanted to try out this strange activity. The guy with dreads showed him the basics, and that’s how Akio’s journey started in the world of skating. He later meet some fellow skaters, and improves his skills despite oppositionby his family.

So far I’ve only read 9 chapters, that I could find. The manga stopped at 18chapters. So it is a short read. I will read the read of the chapters as soon as I can. This is a fun manga, and I learnt a lot about skating too.
