Emeraldas is my favorite character of the GE 999. Unfortunately her appearance in her own ova is scarce. I wish I could see more of her and less of some random kid. The story is good on its own right. It's just not about Emeraldas (a scam?). There's a also a big difference in animation between the first two episodes and the two last ones. It is not consistent. With all been said about animation, I prefer this one and Maetel legend to the following sequel of Maetel (series 13 ep) contrary to popular opinion on this site. The color palette at least on this oneis consistent with the original show.
