Tamagawa Wants to be a Cat · review
Very cute, super wholesome, and a really nice setting. There isn't really any romance in it, so don't go in expecting kisses and such. It's a more of a comedic, cute story of two characters getting close after meeting under strange circumstances. Story: It's a bare bones kind of story, follows the classic BL setting of the MC ending up in a strange situation that leads him to his love interest. But it's a different take on it, and is quite sweet. Characters: Tamagawa is one of those BL characters that's a bit shy and you feel sorry for. Shindou is his counterpart that is a littleodd and creates the situation that Tamagawa ends up in. Both characters are likable enough, but not so much that you'll remember them. Neither are forceful, as this is a cute anime where not much happens.
Style: The art is decently delicate, with soft lines and a pleasant colour palette. It suits the tone very well. The music is also gentle, but unremarkable.
Recommendation: If you're into soft BLs that don't have much action, then this is for you. It's not actually one of those ones where a character turns into an animal either, so don't be weirded out by the premise. It's worth your 17 minutes!
