8/10 Pretty great anime if you get past the first episode. REVIEW: When I learned about this anime, I wasn't sure how to feel. But the manga readers and youtuber TheAnimeMan said it isn't as bad as you think. So I figured "What the heck?!" Boy do I love this anime. Aside from the awkward first episode, this show was all levels of wholesome. I say awkward first episode because this is where people made their assumptions about the show. Nagatoro truly is MEAN in this episode. However, after Senpai and Nagatoro get to know each other, the teasing is very natural and funny. I love Nagatoro asa character, and when Senpai comes out of his comfort zone you see the bond between the two grow stronger.

While there weren't things I genuinely DISLIKED, it wasn't totally 10/10 amazing. Some shortcomings I noticed were A) The pacing of the show is different than the manga. Some stories are in a different order than the manga. Made no difference to me though... B) When Nagatoro teases Senpai a bit too much, the manga notes Nagatoro thinking to herself "I took it too far" and it shows her shy side as well as lessening the teasing so it doesn't look like she's bullying per se.

NOTE: This is TEASING, not bullying. Many people feel Nagatoro bullys her senpai, when this is not the case at all. Does she go far? YES SOMETIMES KINDA it's hard to explain sometimes.

Overall, very happy I watched this and am looking forward to more Nagatoro anime projects in the future.
