Review of The Weakest Tamer Began a Journey to Pick Up Trash
Story This anime tells the story of Ivy, who is not a super overpowered being, but is genuinely weak yet intelligent. Because she lacks skills granted by the gods, she needs to rely heavily on her brain and resourcefulness. This is a refreshing change, especially when compared to most isekai and fantasy shows where the protagonist is often a brainless, overpowered kid. Personally, I feel like the focus of the story isn't just about the MC's power level but about the smaller, human-level interactions, which is nice to see. We aren't here to fight the Demon King; we're here to watch a good, relaxing, and verycasual story.
Visuals
There are many characters with a decent amount of detail. The visuals, even if they aren't abundant, are well-made, and the overall art style is decent. It's not something insanely good, but I think that this art style fits the casual nature of the story well.
Conclusion
If your expectations aren't set on fighting a Demon Lord or having the MC become ultra-overpowered in a few episodes, and you are simply looking for a casual fantasy anime, I can fully recommend this one.
