Review of Parasyte: The Maxim

before I begin this review I honestly dont know how this anime got this high of ratings its not a bad show but it is overrated lets get into the review the story I thought was very interesting never seen anything like it before. the story follows a character named Shinichi Izumi but then one night a parasite fails to take over his brain so now it controls his right arm what will happen next thats the story with out giving to much away next the characters the best way to describe them was meh that weren't bad but that weren't good ether therewere some good ones but most of them were meh. next the worst part of the show is the pacing the pacing was really bad not the worse I seen but close. nothing really interesting happened until episode 6 but the ball diddnt start rolling until episodes 11 so overall really bad pacing. next lets talk about the things I liked the art and sound were good no problems there. and the next thing I like was the fighting scenes once you actual got to them. I was going to give this anime a 5 but I really loved the ending so I gave it a 6 overall a very overrated anime but I enjoyed it once I got passed the first 10 episodes.
