Review of Tsukigakirei

Immersive in Japanese culture. That’s the only notable positive point I found. The story is empty, written in five seconds—a romance as simple as possible, with no interest. Everything that happens in this anime is just predictable and as generic as it gets. It’s a story that happens all the time, every day, so personally, I see no point in following a story I already know. The characters are empty, predictable, and not engaging—nothing more to say. That being said, there are still some beautiful Japanese landscapes, traditional dances, etc. So, for those who love Japan and enjoy simple stories, you might be ableto pass the time with this, but nothing more.
