This movie was actually watchable compared to the last few stinky movies before it. This movie truly was a shining gem in a pile of coal. Has revived my faith in Pokemon movies post-movie 5. Art style can clash from time to time with CGI and realistic rock textures. Team Rocket got more scene time the they have been given in multiple movies and was nice to see. Ash was bland but that is to be expected at this point really, though I did enjoy his fascination with science. feel like it added a mention to his otherwise flat character. this friend was not the worst thing ever,mildly passable
