Review of Pop Team Epic

This amazing anime has unfortunately ended (possibly with a second season coming) after 12 episodes. What can be said about the anime that hasn't already been said. It follows the everyday adventures of two (kind of cutesy drawn) girls, Popuko and Pipimi with absurd comedy that has a LOT of references and parodies. The story is there but it's so complicated and has such and amazing character development that you will be thrilled every time. The artstyle, while simplistic at times, is beautifully drawn and animated giving an air to the characters. And the soundtrack is simply amazing with an awesomely crafted opening and ending.I enjoyed every second of it and I'm sure you will enjoy it too.
