Oh God...why am I still here, writing reviews for even the most generic, baseless uninspired, copycat Isekai story where there's dozens more like these that are just as "good" as how first-time novelists think they have a winning formula on their hands with the usual "Syosetu web novel, then converted into LN, finally converted into manga" schtick? Honestly, I blame the Japanese audience for this, because the West has little to no power of basically why this isn't translating into bowls of food for just authors like Yashu, but for everyone else involved in this lame-ass project and many others, thinking that generic Isekai hasn'tseen better days. And that is the story and current situation of why the anime industry is failing to recognize the good in the bad, in an era of cash-cows and thinking that they can do a sloppy adaptation. I'm sorry, but this is not the way things should work out.

Honestly, the Isekai genre at this point, need not be Truck-kun to bring one into another world, be greeted by the fantasy world's deities to only then be blessed by the gods to be meted out with so much power in their hands that the otherworldly humans become so OP, they'd earn an entire kingdom's respect, as well as the girls that the Isekai-ed become acquaintances with just to follow him around and not do a single thing, other than to be the damsels in distress. That's who Kazuya Shiina is: struck down by protecting the innocent from an armed attack (literally Tensei Slime's beginning plot), only for him to be weaved into the fantasy world as Cain von Silford and the usual boring OP shtick ensues of achieving powers so great, the deal being that to defeat some entity of demon lords and the like. Oh, did I not mention the girls of principalities from commoners to nobles, and getting engaged at a very young age? Yeap, that all smells trouble for the Gary Stu of a kid that hasn't quite reached the double-digit age, and girls wanna sleep with him already. Honestly, watching the anime at a speed of the norm plus a quarter faster just would not suffice, because literally, both the anime and the source material itself is a barren wasteland of crass jokes that the people of the fantasy world thinks that it's merely impossible for otherworldly people to obtain power so great, it could topple kingdoms.

If there is a laughing point in the anime, it would be that I'm "hilariously" dumbfounded that the series HAS an overarching plot. It's just that it's not used very effectively...or even when it tries to do so, it's nothing more than side cheddar. And all of the time, it hampers on Cain being maniacally ridonculous and everyone being amazed by it, my jaws drop at how stupid entire scenes look that boredom sets in quick. Forget the subpar animation and even the music itself, it's all generic stuff that even you've heard a difference in, and honestly, it's not much different from shows like it.

It's trash period, but the safe kind of trash that not a lot of investment is needed if the anime failed, and honestly, we do not care for mindless entertainment (only if it even deserves a mention to begin with). That's it, end of story.

Skip over this show and piss it by, there's more you can waste precious time on that's better than this crap.
