Review of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc

The three stooges continued their journey, now with Mr. Pimp Hashira to the entertainment district. Nothing surprising here, the animation was again in god tier mode. I’m pretty sure ufotable animators took major amount of cocaines before working on episode 10. That episode in particular was a blessing to my eyes. Besides that, I think the story was pretty mediocre. It was never this anime’s strongest forte, so I wasn’t surprised. I didn’t care much for the monster’s backstories as they were irrelevant. Similar to the stories, the characters didn’t progress a whole lot. Only Tanjiro and Nezuko had some breakthrough, while the rest didn’t change muchfrom before.

Overall, it was still an enjoyable arc, and animation only got better and better. 7-7.5/10
