Review of Solo Leveling Season 2: Arise from the Shadow

To my fellow manhwa readers… We have won!! After a phenomenal Season 2, Solo Leveling has been the "linchpin" for manhwa mass adaptations. As it´s been confirmed over 30 webtoons will begin adaptations in the coming years. It’s incredible to see the manhwa industry is finally getting the recognition it deserves. There are so many amazing manhwas out there that deserve an anime, and Solo Leveling is a perfect example why. It may not have the story telling of Re:Zero, the world building of One Piece or the animation of Demon Slayer, but where it hits different is the epic battles, mc´s motivations—and of course, the AURAFARMING!!! Jokes aside, I really liked the anime only scenes A1 included, especially on epsiode 9. Damn--those onion cutting ninjas got me good.

If the animation and overall quality stay the same (or get even better) in Season 3, well… all I’m saying is we’ve got a strong contender for Anime of the Year. What’s about to go down from here on out is going to blow anime onlies’ minds.

Overall, it´s been a great season! Hopefully we don´t have to wait long until S3 is confirmed. I’d usually say I’ll check out the manga after finishing an anime, but since I’ve already read Solo Leveling, I guess this is my call to start reading Solo Leveling Ragnarok :-)
