Review of Horimiya
Binged watch 13 episodes in 1 sitting. Thoroughly enjoyed the progression that the characters were getting. The development between Miyamura and Hori was well done and displayed within the first 8 episodes. However, after the 8th episode, the anime tend to focus more on the other characters - along with their problems and respective resolutions. I wished to see more action between Hori and Miyamura, but it seems that Horimiya also focuses on other characters as well. I was glad that almost each characters were able to resolve their personal difficulties, however, Yuki's resolution felt a bit vague. She is able to maintain her currentenjoyable relationship with Ishikawa but there is no "real" good ending. Until the end of the series, Miyamura still used "Hori" instead of Kyoko and Hori still used "Miyamura" instead of Izumi which is a bit of a bummer.
One thing that sadly got left out was the end of episode 7 which is equivalent to Chapter 27 of the manga where Miyamura got a hicky on his neck. Well, it is understandable that the anime is 13+, which makes the scene something to imply.
