Review of Solo Leveling Season 2: Arise from the Shadow
Cliché done right. This anime has one of the most overused plots—an overpowered MC who keeps leveling up—but somehow, it still feels fresh and exciting. Despite its weak plot and underwritten characters, Solo Leveling is fun ride. Plot Solo Leveling isn’t plot-driven, so it’s no surprise that the story is pretty generic. It serves more as a setup for cool moments and battles rather than deep storytelling. Characters True to its name, the anime focuses solely on the MC. Most side characters are bland and underdeveloped. The only other interesting "characters" are his shadow army. Animation Some of the best animation in recent anime. It’s not quite at Demon Slayer orFate levels, but it's consistently solid.
Recommendation
Highly recommended for anime fans who love action. If you're in it for deep plots or rich character development, this one might fall short—but for sheer entertainment, it delivers.
