The plot of this anime is naruto-isk as it has very fast growth of onoda even though he is a beginner. Characters do feel unique but it tries too hard for some, but the diversity is there with teams having their personal ideologies. Blue lock is a good comparison for this anime. Ego is on the opposing team and acts as the king of the team (kyoto). This does however have CGI and is the reason i rated it a 7 and not an 8 Personally if you like sports anime and dont mind mid tier CGI i definitely recommend this anime
