An extremely obscure, and short, guide manga by Toriyama. Reading like a youtube poop or newgrounds video circa Shonen Jump 1980s, this poo joke heavy instruction manual sadly doesn't do a great job at teaching readers how to draw manga. What it does do is effectively communicate Toriyama's emotions regarding drawing manga. A parallels can be drawn to Araki's How to Draw Manga, where Araki takes an almost scientific approach, driven by writing, rather than "manga". In this, Toriyama actually draws a manga. I wish this was more substantial as it's hard to really rate something so short. It would be great for Toriyama torevisit this subject now that his career has matured, and see what he has taken away. However, it's likely he'll just fill it with poo jokes, so maybe it doesn't exactly matter.
