Re: Cutie Honey (OVA) has excellent animation (and fanservice). The plot is superhero vs crime syndicate villain slop. You are not here to watch this for the plot though — you're here to see clothes-busting action and high quality animation in general. The intro is outstanding on its own. Very catchy for what the show is. In terms of energy, this show comes out a little lower than Kill La Kill. Very high energy overall. The show was a pleasure to watch. Bit sad how short it is, but you can always watch it again later when you forget everything (haha). The art director worked on Neon Genesis Evangelion,FLCL, and several Studio Ghibli films, which is where the excellent animation quality comes from.
