Review of BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense.

if you watched SAO season 1 the first part of the review will help you, if you didn't it pry won't. It's SAO's world, but not trapped. And instead of a Beater (beta tester for the lameins) its a noob, and instead of winning based on skill winning based on luck and pure stupidity. It's a comedy with a familiar mmo world. It's almost all in the game, irl is only used to set up or as a comedy sketch. The dub isn't the best, not because of the voice actors but because of the translation. Sometimes you can tell they translated something wrong, such as coverwhen they mean devour or vise versa. Season 2, as of this review, has been delayed to the virus. Translating was initially postponed in march after episode 8.

But everyone will wait impatiently for season two. It was a great show due to the characters and how they interact with the world that was made.
