I originally picked this manga up because its post series "Kimi to Koete Koi ni Naru" is getting an anime, without it ever mentioning it has a sweet and spicy prelude... and what a sweet romance this is between a human woman and beastman. This is my first time running into a manga (outside of BL and Yaoi) that goes into the depth of a relationship between a human (female) who just your heart and wants to make a change by tearing down the wall little by little, and a beast (man) who wants to follow his heart but doesn't know if its ethically right. A gentlemanwho saves a girl, the lust and craving between two people who compatible, their relationship/bond that develops after every chapter and learnings you get along the way about treating others with kindness (the class "just because they look different, doesn't mean they don't have feeling and dreams like you and I!").

If you enjoyed Kimi to Koete Koi ni Naru that came out recently, then you'll 100% appreciate the "mature" prequel.
