I have been watching anime for over 4 decades. over the course of this time, the average length of a season has gotten longer and longer. Studios are doing their best to fit so many different plots and subplots and characters. And for what? Just to be like every other anime? Now this? Korakuen Yuuenchi: Luna Park? It's perfect. Not only is there not more than a single episode, but that single episode is barely 20 seconds long! It presents an idea, has a plot twist, then it ends. Simple, elegant, brilliant. I can only hope the Studios of today can learn from this!
