Brain Damage · review
The art style is very fitting; the writing isn't bad or good but very well interesting, not boring to say the very least. It has a surreal sense of humor to say the very least and is very out there. It's a much more niche taste I'd say. It's an anthology with it being clear by the title, brain damage for the theme whether physical, mental and or spiritual. It doesn't do enough to explore the theme, it does enough; again overall just fine. You're not going to really struggle narratively speaking and is quite dark of course. The pacing is fine, honestly would've been better with fasteror slower pacing. The pacing isn't bad it's just alright.
The dark jokes aren't bad, there are a couple good ones at most but overall is just alright.
The art is good at least.
