Maybe Meant to Be · review
Such a funny entertaining romcom. Mincheol is your average dorky awkward husband who tries his best to make his childhood best friend and wife Jia to love him back. Bro lives in the gym, has a job, and has literally 0 EQ. Gotta admit that sometimes it gets too cheesy that i get cringed out and had to go touch some grass. The art style is so fitting and each character is written and drawn perfectly, reflecting their personalities and struggles as adults. Jumping back and forth between love stories that mean literally little to nothing to the actual plot annoyed the hell outof me.
Season 2 is exciting since we finally dig into Jia's past and her future as a writer. There are already dropped hints and elements here and there. Cant wait to see what will happen and how the love story between Mincheol and Jia will develop.
