Not Your Idol · review
I've only read the first volume, it was hard to find this, because in America it's known as Not Your Idol, which is frankly a better title than Goodbye Miniskirts, and fits the story and characters a bit better. I find this to be an interesting read, with some interesting commentary on harassment and other things. It has good art, and I like the characters. There are some thriller(I think that's the right term) aspects as well, with some psychological. I can't really say much because it's the first volume, and I've still got a bit. Just trust me when I say based off my first impressions, thisis a solid series so far, it could still screw up at this point, or get even better. I did definitely enjoy some of the social commentary aspects, though it seems those are going to the wayside for the main plot of the series.
not much to say, I recommend reading it, because it is fairly solid so far, but if you want to make sure, I would suggest looking through it at your local store or something like that
