Hey have you ever read Jobless Reincarnation? You know how MC lusts for children despite having the mind of an adult and the story very clearly portrays it as something wrong and disgusting, another flaw in the main character that he has to get better with? Well what if I told you that this manga does it one better, by now having it pretend like a relationship between two seven year olds except one having the memories of a 23-ish old man is completely okay! Yup it's portrayed as a joke in one moment and wholesome in another! Even if you want to talk about other aspectsof the story. The tone is all over the place because it constantly switches between being a generic isekai with some fan-service of a literal child and gore so detailed that it'd impress the old slasher movies.

Here's my advice, never consider this manga. If you want a cheap isekai story there's a billion to choose from, and if you want a cheesy and gory slasher go read Pumpkin Night, it'll scratch that itch for you.
