"My Lover Was Stolen, And I Was Kicked Out Of The Hero'S Party, But I Awakened To The Ex Skill "Fixed Damage" And Became Invincible. Now, Let'S Begin Some Revenge" not only has a name that's way too long again, it's also not a good manga. It's about Chrome, who is betrayed by his squad. He is sacrificed to strengthen his best friend, the hero. This is the only reason why the hero is able to kill the demon king. But Chrome somehow survives the spell and gets an incredibly powerful skill, with which he now wants to take revenge... This manga starts strong. Brutal andwithout mercy, Chrome carries out his revenge and begins to take from his former friends everything they once loved. However, the further the manga progresses, the worse it gets.
First, it must be clear that no character here is really sympathetic. You feel sorry for Chrome at the beginning, but that quickly fades as you watch him slice his way through enemies. Instead, you get a certain satisfaction when he kills the people who deserve it.

But this is where the charm of the story ends. Rather the opposite, it gets worse and worse from here on. First Chrome gets companions that make him look less evil, which completely ruined what little charm he had as an evil protagonist. Then the pace and goal of the story changes suddenly and very strangely. While the kills were rather quick before, Chrome suddenly starts taking his time and figuring out how to make his enemies suffer. So while I wondered what he was doing in the two years that have passed since he was sacrificed, if he doesn't even know that, his former friends are still dying and suffering here at least. The manga is really fast paced in this, but even that suddenly changes and now he suddenly has to travel the world, uncover ancient secrets and fight random other people. That completely pulls you out of it.

But even if the manga could have still sparked a bit of interest here somewhere and somehow - not for me, but maybe it will for one of you - it lost that too, because it just became unreadable. Maybe I was just really unlucky and I got a version that was in the wrong order, but the chronology of the story was completely gone at some point and you just didn't understand anything anymore. Battles were shown twice or not finished, there were also some time jumps and then even characters disappear and it is unclear whether they died or not.

I can still give a small plus point for the fact that vampires appear here.

Otherwise, this is really gruesome, here 50 elements are thrown into one pot and really badly mixed. From ruthless revenge to true friendship to fast, brutal kills to ancient civilizations and intrigues, everything is mixed here really disastrously, which ends in a manga that picks up its pace so fast and slows down again, that any charm of the first chapters is lost. For me, this has been really unreadable.
