I really wanted to like this manga. It's a very cute parody of shojo manga for almost the entire first volume. The unicorn character is kinda creepy but his actions are almost always called out by the mc and he starts changing little by little for her. The dynamic between them is cute and odd. HOWEVER, and this is a bit of a spoiler so stop reading now if you wish, the friend of the mc is revealed to be living with what is essentially an evil unicorn. And... it isn't shown... but it is heavily implied that they have sex. And... the fact thata human woman and a horse have sex is something that deeply disturbed me and honestly ruined the experience as a whole for me. These unicorns can't shapeshift either! SO A HUMAN WOMAN HAD SEX WITH A FULL BLOWN HORSE, I WANT TO MAKE THAT VERY CLEAR. I wouldn't have ranked this manga so low if it weren't for that scene and I am honestly saddened that this is the case. If you want to read this series and support this mangaka, that's fine, but just be warned of the... less savory elements that come with reading this manga.
