Review of Sword Art Online

*Contains a few SPOILERS* The only reason I watched this was because it sounded promising. 10.000 players trapped in a virtual reality game and if you die in the game you die in real life. Sounds good right? Wrong. I'm gonna keep this short since there are so many good detailed reviews. Story: Great Idea, very poorly written. The first two episodes are great, they show us who the characters are, how the game works etc. but the next episodes are total trash. Literally every female character who gets to know Kirito falls in love with him, even his goddamn sister. Kirito, who is a solo player,defeats bosses after bosses without any help. While other guilds are struggling to defeat one boss. And at the end of the day Kirirto is the savior. Long story short Kirito is Jesus-Kun

Characters: Kirito is a God and every other character is basically useless. There is no character development at all. There was hope when we were first introduced to Asuna because 1, she was strong and could look after herself without any help. 2, she didnt fall in love with Kirito the moment she met him.
But, of course, she did eventually fall in love with him and practically only cooked food for him.

Animation: The animation was actually really good . I liked it a lot. Same for the drawings etc.

Sound: I only watched the dubbed version so I cant talk about the Japanese voices but the dub version was pretty good.

Enjoyment: Even though its a bad Anime I enjoyed criticizing it. I hope there is gonna be a remake in the future because the main idea is actually pretty interesting.
