Rate a 5 English Subtitled Story Fast paced but too fast. The story jumps straight to the action and does not take too long before it reaches the conclusion. I feel a stronger introduction needed to be made and as for a conclusion something less predicable. This anime movie has a potential at becoming better if only it was longer in time. Humor used is kid based. Art The cartoon based outlook works for the movie. In other words rather than showing adults they show miniatures. No issues with transition or colors. Sound- no issuesCharacter- bios could have been more clearer.

Enjoyment: a nice little race. By self it is unclear i assume would have been more clear if one watched the original show.
