Review of Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo

Evangelion 3.33 Its been nearly 2 years since i saw the second rebuild This was a really good movie if u take the name eva out Mainly because it didnt feel like an eva film The begining was honestly a bad place to start the movie because it didnt straight out continue from the end of evangelion 2.22 It had some good concepts that i like I still dont like new girl she plays no important roles I did not like the new design for most of the characters The rebuild are basically action flick version of the original with a big wtf in this movieThe characters feel different other then shinji and rei
There many plot holes as of right now that im putting my hope on 3.0+1.0 will resolve or explain
Overall i would give this movie an 7.5, the movie wasnt horrendous or anything just weird from what eva has given in the past , i would have love this movie if they explained more instead all these new thing that made no sense and we still have no idea how they survived the new 3rd impact and the new flying battleship and how eva unit 02 change when she was fighting on the flying battleship
