MC starts off strong, more than enough to deal with challenges in the story but doesn't appear that OP yet compared to the peak of the world, hard to gauge though because he somewhat avoids conflict higher tier powers in the story. He's restarting with new levelling system and minimal knowledge of the world so there's a lot of training and learning that happens, but his past world interacts with the new world so he can be extremely knowledgeable about some of these situations. Main problem with the story is the characters are a bit too eccentric which makes them kind of annoying to read, even ina more solo focused story like this (as opposed to a story where the MC helps their team out using their powers)
